Experience: My career started in Perm with an advertising agency from Procter&Gambel. There I learned the basic standards of service, having received invaluable 5 years of work as a "shelf-side consultant". After that, I managed the sales department at a training company, combining the position with the functions of a manager for "cold calls", and also worked for 1 year at a local company "Vipaks" as a trainer, creating a corporate training institute from scratch. In 2014 I started working in Individual Business Consulting mode.

Education: Bachelor's degree in sociology (PSTU, Perm) and master’s degree in marketing (NIU HSE, Perm).

Philosophy of work: When I moved to the Canary Islands, I thought for a long time about whether to continue my coaching career or not, but my clients left me no choice and we continued working remotely. After a year of working remotely, I saw no difference in the level of growth in the companies and employees, which led me to launch a corporate institute online. You can choose any service, while being located anywhere in the world and we will make it happen. My main advantage over competitors is staff training and marketing based on basic human values: trust, care, understanding, support, anticipation of expectations. I am against NLP, psychological traps and aggressive sales.
